In terms of Government Notice No. R.16 of 03 February 2010 , any person who is control of any activity with regard to controlled goods, or who has in his possession, or custody, or under his control, controlled goods must register with the Council.
Industry is requested to note the following:
- The registration is done through the Non-Proliferation Council Online System and the registration is valid for a period of two years.
- The registered person will receive a reminder to their email address from the Non-Proliferation Council Online System to renew the registration, two months prior to the expiry date of the registration.
- Registered persons shall notify the Council within 14 days of any changes to the information contained in such a person’s registration by logging onto the Non-Proliferation Council Online System to effect such changes.
- Industry is advised to contact the relevant person in the Non-Proliferation Secretariat should there be a need for assistance pertaining to the completion of the registration on the Non-Proliferation Council Online System.
